At this time, Pinnacle Vacations, Inc. is the only authorized Reseller of Bluegreen Vacations timeshare interests other than the developer. Any Club Vacation Points that are not acquired through an authorized Club reseller are ineligible for use in attaining Bluegreen Premier™ status or for use with any associated Bluegreen Premier™ benefits. Those who acquire Bluegreen Vacations timeshare interest(s) through private transactions (seller/buyer) or unauthorized distributors will NOT receive the above-mentioned benefits.

What is the process to buy a timeshare resort interest from Pinnacle Vacations?

Buying a timeshare is usually a simple and painless process. Once you find what you like, call us at 800.485.5632 or contact us online and one of our agents will gladly assist you. Buying a vacation ownership usually consists of the following steps:
  • The buyer is required to put down a small deposit for escrow, either by check or credit card, at signature of initial purchase documents.
  • An authorized title escrow agent for Pinnacle Vacations, Inc., will hold the deposit.
  • Once Pinnacle Vacations receives your deposit, the title/escrow agent will conduct a title search.
  • When the status of the title is cleared, we will send closing documents by overnight mail or email to both the buyer and seller.
  • After the documents are returned and the funds are paid, closing is completed.
  • Title/escrow agent will then issue title insurance and forward a recorded deed and title policy, when applicable to the buyer to complete the transaction.
  • Purchases usually close within 6 to 8 weeks.

All purchases have the option to purchase title insurance, recorded instrument evidencing ownership and clear title upon closing, unless the property is a lease or right-to-use.
